{"id":8487,"date":"2021-10-14T11:22:03","date_gmt":"2021-10-14T09:22:03","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/dev1.jcverbanck.com\/validation\/"},"modified":"2021-12-13T19:29:10","modified_gmt":"2021-12-13T18:29:10","slug":"validation","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"http:\/\/preditox.fr\/en\/validation\/","title":{"rendered":"Validation"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><p>[vc_row ts_bgcolor=&#8221;grey&#8221; full_width=&#8221;stretch_row&#8221; css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1633006222373{padding-top: 40px !important;padding-bottom: 30px !important;}&#8221;][vc_column ts_col_bg_expand=&#8221;left&#8221; width=&#8221;4\/6&#8243;][vc_column_text css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1638289986603{padding-top: 30px !important;}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The validation of the \u03b3H2AX test (PrediScreen, PrediProtect, PrediRepair) was carried out on human HepG2 cells with the list of 62 compounds, genotoxic or not, recommended by the European Union Reference Laboratory for alternatives to animal testing (EURL-ECVAM) (Kirkland et al. 2008).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Our various studies have shown for the PrediScreen test (Khoury et al. 2013; Kopp et al. 2019; Khoury et al. 2020):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Detection of 95% of carcinogenic compounds tested<\/li>\n<li>No false positive compound: sensitivity of 98%<\/li>\n<li>Specificity of 91%<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The PrediScreen test (\u03b3H2AX \/ pH3 test) is under evaluation within EURL-ECVAM.
