Laure Khoury

Présidente et co-fondatrice

Toxicology engineer since 2012, Laure has specialized in the genotoxicity of xenobiotics and the study of contaminants in the broad sense. She enabled the development and validation of the PrediScreen test. Since the creation of the company, Laure works on the development of new innovative genotoxicity tests and on the satisfaction of these customers.

Marc Audebert

Co-fondateur et expert scientifique

Marc carried out his thesis and his first post-doctorate on DNA damage and repair. He is research director at INRAE ToxAlim and works on the genotoxicity of food contaminants for more than 10 years. He is a member of the board of directors of the French society of genotoxicity (SFTG) and of the European Environmental Mutagenesis and Genomics Society (EEMGS). Marc is the inventor of the PrediScreen technique and is the author of more than 30 publications in refereed journals.

Mathilde Constans

Technicienne de recherche

Graduate in Toxicology and Ecotoxicology, Mathilde is specialized in cell culture, genetic toxicology and study of contaminants in human health. Recruited into PrediTox since October 2019, Mathilde is working on the development of new tests in our R&D phases and uses her knowledge of the PrediScreen test to respond to your projects.

MORE THAN 30 PUBLICATIONS

The study of the γH2AX and pH3 biomarkers of the PrediScreen test allowed us to study the genotoxic potential of more than 700 compounds, which has been the subject of numerous publications.

Situated at Allschwil, Switzerland, the Xenometrix company is composed to scientists specialized in the field of Cell Biology, Biochemistry, Immunology who propose a quality service for bioassays like the Ames test, the endocrine disruptor assays, skin absorption tests or cytotoxicity test systems. Xenometrix products are made for the use in molecular pharmacology, early stages of drug discovery, screening of chemicals, agrochemical, biocides, cosmetics, alimentary and for testing environmental water, soil, air or effluents.
